About us

 

Laborers of Truth Christian Ministries Inc. is a new non-denominational body of believers.  Our motto is “breaking down the barriers” as we believe that too often doctrinal barriers have done more harm than good and we truly believe that we can worship Almighty God in the beauty of holiness without denominational constraints.

 

Our aim is to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  We reach out to those that are broken and lost to bring them to full restoration through the Word of God and by demonstrating genuine love to them.

 

We believe that if we feed the lost with the spiritual food we should also ensure that they are physically fed.  We strive to feed the hungry and will ultimately provide assistance with essential activities such as job placements assistance and prepation.  

 

As stated in the mission statement, we will attempt educate and empower persons by providing literacy programs, basic skills and trades, while teaching them about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.  We provide counseling and support for those that emotionally wounded and help them heal and blossom into who God would have them be.

 

As a part of the Youth Ministry, it is also our vision to provide affordable childcare services and afterschool programs that will provide wholesome activities in an environment that is safe and protected.  This work will be beneficial in that it will provide childcare services for working parents and also that it will help with the spiritual development of the youth in the community.  We firmly believe that we should train a child in the way they should go, instilling Godly principles and establishing a solid foundation.
